I bought my first pair of DBs (in beeswax leather) last year, and just picked up a pair in chocolate-brown suede to add to the rotation. They look great (the rest of my non-dress/athletic shoes have been gathering dust, as I find myself wearing nothing else with jeans or cords), take a beating, fit well (note that if like me you have feet that are wide at the ball, disregard the conventional wisdom about going down a size), and are pretty much barefoot-comfortable. The plantation-crepe soles are amazing - so soft that you can feel a crack in the sidewalk if you pay attention, but surprisingly durable (something about my gait will wear away a cheap rubber heel in a month, but not these), and the weird-looking bright-white will quickly reach something more subdued with normal wear. Clark's customer service is also great - they will replace broken laces free of charge (as long as you have the full style number for your color and size handy - check it inside the show when you get them and write it down somewhere, in case it wears away to illegibility).
One thing to note about the comfort if you are new to DBs - what I said above applies after about five to ten wearings. When my first pair was brand new I was sure for a while that I'd been sold a bill of goods about how comfortable DBs are - un-broken-in DBs can HURT. I'm finding the same to be true with my new pair. But if you stick with it you will be amazed how well they break in, and you too will be a convert for life.
These boots are so super cute!I find the toe in the picture looks alot longer and pointy than the actual boot.It is not witchy at all.I am so happy with my purchase.I ordered the tan color.As far as fit,I did order a half size smaller and they fit just fine.If you are a larger size and have larger calves these boots might be a little tight on the legs.

BalasHapusI was looking for cute cowboy boots but I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars. These are perfect because they have a lot of detail, look great, fit great and are comfortable. I read a few of the reviews before I bought them and I did not notice any weird smell and I ordered my normal size. I think they look very authentic. Everyone ask were I got them so they can order a pair also.These are very comfortable boots to wear. The boots look like they are higher quality when they are on your feet.Up close they look cheap but for the price you get what you pay for.Love the boots so far.
BalasHapusFirst, a small note on the delivery: I received the wrong color boot. I had ordered the Grey, and received the Tan. Amazon took care of it immediately and I received my replacement boots (the Grey, correct color pair) even before I shipped the returns! Yay!
BalasHapusI already have these boots in Tan so I wanted the Grey - they are gorgeous! Very comfy, true to size; with a quiet, soft-rubber heel and beautiful quality detailing. The tall shaft (almost knee-high) look fantastic with skinny jeans! I read other reviews about a cheap, rubber smell, but I have had no such problem with either of my pair. I am actually very pleased with the fact no bovine were harmed in the making of these lovely boots. If they made a pair in Burgundy I would be in Urban CowGirl heaven!

I realllllyyyyy love these cowboy boots with the flowers. These's boots are odds boots I havent send anyone with these boots on all winter thats what I like to have something different. I really wish, I had order the brown cowboys boots like these also. Plus, the price was very reasonable. I have got so many compliments on these boots I just love them.
